Brand Marketing Intern

As a Brand Intern at our Gurugram location, you will have the opportunity to work directly under the Brand Manager to assist in developing, refining, and executing go-to-market plans, communication calendars, and brand strategies for leading real estate clients across India. This role is perfect for self-starters who are eager to learn quickly, think deeply, and contribute to real-world brand building. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to provide strategic inputs for brand development. - Assist in creating brand and media plans, activation calendars, and client presentations. - Coordinate with design, content, digital, and media teams for smooth campaign execution. - Compile and analyze campaign performance reports, including marketing KPIs such as CPL and CPB. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative briefs, storytelling, and positioning. - Draft content for ATL, BTL, and digital communication assets. - Support in preparing monthly brand trackers, performance reviews, and pitch decks. - Visit project sites, gather insights, and translate them into actionable marketing inputs. Qualifications & Skills: - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. - A natural storyteller with a structured, analytical mindset. - Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and Google Workspace. - Bonus: Prior internship or project experience in branding, real estate, or media.
