Brand Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and creative Brand Growth Assistant to support the marketing, customer engagement, and brand expansion activities of our product. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an eye for brand presentation, and the ability to execute growth-oriented tasks across digital and on-ground channels.

• Assist in executing brand growth strategies across social media, partnerships, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create compelling content for Instagram, Facebook, reels, and Stories.
• Support influencer collaborations, chef onboarding, and food creator partnerships.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual identity.
• Communicate with chefs/vendors for listings, menu updates, and promotions.
• Assist in resolving customer queries and enhancing user experience.
• Help in growth outreach for onboarding new chefs and expanding the platform.

Skills & Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in marketing, branding, or operations (Freshers encouraged).
• Strong communication & coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media trends and content creation.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Creative thinking and interest in the food industry is a strong plus.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Canva, Instagram analytics, and content scheduling tools.
• Experience in food, hotel management, or cloud kitchen brand coordination.
