Brand & Growth Strategy

• Define and execute brand strategies that align with Roar Sts vision.
• Build and scale our own D2C channel, while driving growth on marketplaces like Amazon & Flipkart.
• Manage product/category mix to maximize revenue and profitability.

Campaigns & Communication

• Plan and execute brand campaigns – seasonal peaks, NPD launches, and refresh cycles.
• Conceptualize and track 360 campaigns across D2C, marketplaces, social, OTT, OOH, and offline touchpoints.
• Explore new top-funnel media (OTT, partnerships, innovative channels) to reach and engage our TG.

Influencers, Community & Advocacy

• Drive influencer marketing collaborations with moms, nutritionists, lifestyle creators.
• Build and nurture consumer communities for advocacy and organic growth.
• Lead visibility at third-party and owned events/IPs, creating experiential brand moments.

Brand Experience & Consistency

• Ensure Roar St maintains a premium, consistent look and feel across online and offline channels.
• Align OOH, retail displays, and offline activations with the brand’s visual identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product, packaging, and marketing consistency.

Insights & Performance

• Track and optimize KPIs across campaigns, influencer spends, and community engagement.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights to unlock opportunities.
• Continuously refine playbooks for stronger ROI and brand impact.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of brand/category management experience in food/e-commerce.
• Proven track record in D2C and marketplace growth.
• Experience with influencer campaigns, community building, events, and offline activations.
• Strong digital marketing skills — performance marketing, campaign analytics, SEO/SEM.
• Ability to balance creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making.
• A startup mindset: scrappy, resilient, and excited about building something from scratch.
