Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build, strengthen, and maintain the brand identity while ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and campaigns.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on customer trends and competitive activity, and use insights to guide brand strategy.

• Develop and execute brand and marketing campaigns to improve awareness, perception, and customer engagement.

• Analyse campaign performance, prepare reports, and share insights with management to drive strategic decisions.

• Plan and execute branding activities such as product launches, events, exhibitions, and photo/video shoots.

• Shape and communicate the brand’s mission, vision, and positioning, ensuring alignment across the organization.

• Develop innovative growth strategies and ensure all teams follow the brand direction and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or a related field, with strong knowledge of branding, advertising, consumer behaviour, and marketing analytics.

• Proven experience as a Brand Manager with a track record of developing effective brand and marketing strategies.

• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).

• Experience in identifying target audiences and executing successful brand campaigns based on market trends.
