Brand Manager (Stealth Consumer Jewelry)

You’ll own:

What you’ll do

• Turn research into positioning: customer interviews, competitive scans, price/margin sanity, objection mapping for ₹7–15k everyday jewellery.
• Build brand guardrails: tone/voice, visual consistency, and

  trust language

  (purity, grading, certificates, warranty, hallmark/HUID).
• Own the GTM calendar: drops, seasonal moments, promos, creator seeding/UGC, PR/partnerships; keep approvals fast and actionable.
• Align CX voice: helpdesk macros & notifications that match brand tone; ensure PDP/FAQ language builds trust.
• Close the loop: pull insights from performance dashboards and CX to guide next drops and messaging tests.

What you’ve done

• 5–8 years

  in brand/marketing for

  jewelry, watches, accessories, beauty, or premium apparel

  (D2C or omni).
• Shipped at least one

  0→1

  or relaunch; partners well with creative + ops; mixes taste with analytical hygiene.

Nice to have

Success @90–180 days

• Research distilled into clear POV; launch calendar executed; consistent trust language across PDPs/CRM/CX; measurable UGC/reviews lift.
