Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Lead and manage team ensuring effective execution of campaigns.
• Oversee the creation and management of the social media content calendar, aligning with brand objectives.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize social media performance metrics, providing reports and insights.
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Leverage social media management tools and task managers for efficient workflow and campaign execution.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in the social media landscape.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of handling brand campaigns.
• Strong experience in team management and the ability to mentor and guide team members.
• Hands-on experience with campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track KPIs and optimize performance.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with task management tools.
