Brand Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Execution:

  Develop and execute brand campaigns that enhance PSTs presence both online and offline.

• Online & Offline Campaigns:

  Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground activations.

• Social Media & Digital Presence:

  Oversee content, engagement, and growth on key platforms.

• Social Listening & ORM:

  Monitor brand sentiment, respond to feedback, and manage online reputation.

• Seeding & Influencer Marketing:

  Identify and collaborate with industry voices, communities, and influencers.

• Event Management:

  Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and campus experiences.

• Public Relations:

  Drive media coverage, press releases, and thought leadership.

• Team Leadership:

  Mentor and guide a team of 5-6 marketers.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Proven track record in executing online and offline campaigns.
• Strong grasp of social media trends, community building, and ORM.
• Experience in PR, influencer marketing, and event execution.
• Data-driven mindset with creativity to craft compelling brand narratives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
