Job Description

As a Brand Manager at Dechcept, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing brand strategies for our clients to enhance their visibility and market positioning. You will act as the primary point of contact between our agency and clients, ensuring seamless communication and successful project execution. Your responsibilities will also include managing and coordinating the internal marketing team, designers, and content creators to deliver high-quality branding campaigns. Additionally, you will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine brand strategies and ensure brand consistency across all digital and traditional marketing channels. In this role, you will oversee the development of brand guidelines, marketing materials, and campaign assets while collaborating with sales and business development teams to align branding efforts with revenue goals. You will analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization. Moreover, you will be responsible for handling crisis management and brand reputation strategies when necessary. Your key responsibilities will involve collaborating with the Manager of Client Services on preparing marketing recommendations, strategies, and actions for clients. You will need to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities of target industries and generate insightful information for internal and client audiences regarding media, brands, consumers, and experiences. You will actively participate in client presentations, lead research initiatives, manage external consultants, and identify new opportunities to add value to existing clients. As a Brand Manager, you will create marketing plans to increase brand awareness, ensure a strong brand presence across online and offline channels, research competition, identify growth opportunities, and strategize advertising campaigns for new products/services. You will work closely with the Business Head-Brand Strategy to maintain consistency with the overall strategy and assist in developing effective media campaigns and selecting appropriate distribution channels. To excel in this role, you should possess familiarity with distribution channels and media marketing campaigns, be able to conduct market analysis, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and exhibit strong organization and project management skills will be crucial. Attention to detail is a key requirement for this position.
