Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for shaping brand narratives, and ensuring consistent and impactful communication across all consumer touchpoints. The role demands a strong strategic orientation with hands-on execution capabilities

Strategic Communication

- Support the development of brand communication strategies for critical categories aligned with business goals.

- Translate business objectives into category-specific messaging and campaign plans.

- Contribute to long-term brand positioning and consumer engagement initiatives.

- Drive 360-degree clutter-breaking campaigns across channels like out-of-home, print, radio, catchment- area marketing, promotions within housing societies, social, digital, owned channels, and PR.

Integrated Marketing Planning

- Align messaging with overall brand positioning and business objectives.

- Lead campaign content creation across ATL, BTL, digital, and influencer channels to align with the strategic brand messaging.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and sales objectives.

Creative & Content Development

- Draft creative briefs and collaborate with agencies to develop impactful content.

- Oversee development of POSM, packaging, catalogues, and digital assets.

- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure quality control across materials.

Category Ownership

- Understand consumer behavior, category dynamics, and competitive landscape.

- Collaborate with product, R&D and sales teams to co-create the GTM plans and communication priorities, in alignment with the business objectives.

Stakeholder & Agency Partner Management

- Lead brand communication briefs and manage workflow planning with creative agencies.

- Ensure timely execution of campaigns across all consumer touch points.

- Track deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth execution.

Content & Collateral Strategy

- Drive development of high-impact content including POSM, catalogues, packaging, and digital assets.

- Maintain brand consistency and tone of voice across all materials.

Performance & Insights

- Monitor campaign effectiveness and brand health metrics.

Leverage consumer insights and media analytics to optimize communication.
