Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strategic Brand & Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and execute end-to-end brand strategies to position real estate projects distinctly in the market.
  • Lead the creation of marketing plans across channels (ATL, BTL, digital, PR) to drive awareness, consideration, and footfalls.
  • Establish clear brand identities for projects, aligned with target audience insights and market trends.

2. Business Performance & Financial Metrics

  • Deliver annual targets for Net Present Value (NPV) and Gross Contributionboth at market and project levels.
  • Track and optimize marketing ROI, ensuring spend effectiveness in driving lead generation and sales conversions.

3. Product Strategy & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Identify current and future market opportunities to build an effective product portfolio strategy
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning for new launches, including pricing, communication, and launch programs.
  • Ensure fast-paced execution of marketing programs to support sales velocity.

4. Brand Building & Communication

  • Build world-class real estate brands with strong emotional and functional value propositions.
  • Use various communication channels (advertising, digital, PR, BTL, events) to enhance brand recall and perception.
  • Monitor and drive improvement in public perception of brand attributes through periodic third-party surveys.

5. Market Intelligence & Pricing Insights

  • Set up mechanisms to gather real-time market and competitor intelligence, including pricing and sales activity.
  • Use market data to continuously refine pricing strategy and positioning for each product.

6. Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with sales, design, finance, and project teams to ensure alignment on business and brand goals.
  • Manage external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality creative and media solutions on time and budget.

7. Brand Health & Performance Tracking

  • Define and track key brand health indicators such as awareness, preference, and price premium capability.
