Brand Manager / Creative Head JD

Job Summary:

Brand Manager / Creative Head

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Management

Develop and execute
brand strategies
aligned with business goals and market positioning.
Own
brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity
across all touchpoints.
Manage brand portfolios, new launches, and rebranding initiatives.
Track brand health metrics such as
awareness, consideration, and loyalty
.

Creative Direction

Lead the
creative vision
for campaigns, packaging, ATL, BTL, and digital communication.
Create new designs for packaging and marketing
Oversee creative development for
advertising, social media, POSM, packaging, and e-commerce
assets.
Review and approve all creative outputs to ensure brand consistency and quality.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, photographers, and video teams.

Marketing & Campaign Execution

Plan and execute
integrated marketing campaigns
(ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, retail).
Manage product storytelling and content calendars.
Support
product launches
with end-to-end communication plans.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Design or Brand Manager with past experience in a leading creative agency or a consumer brand
Proven creative leadership and storytelling ability
Experience across
ATL, BTL, digital, social, and packaging
Ability to balance
creative thinking with data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with marketing analytics and creative workflows
