Brand Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Positioning:

• Develop and execute short-term and long-term brand strategies.
• Define the brands tone of voice, visual identity, and positioning.
• Conduct regular brand audits to ensure alignment and relevance in the market.

• Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct consumer, competitor, and market research to gather insights.
• Analyze brand performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Campaign Development & Execution:

• Conceptualize and execute 360 marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Collaborate with creative teams, media planners, and digital marketing experts.
• Ensure timely execution and consistent messaging across all platforms.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with product, sales, digital, and PR teams to maintain brand integrity.
• Support product launches, events, and promotional activities.

• Brand Asset Management:

• Manage brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all materials.
• Supervise packaging, communication design, and other visual brand elements.

• Agency & Vendor Coordination:

• Liaise with external agencies and vendors for creative development, printing, events, etc.
• Ensure deliverables are aligned with brand goals and timelines.
