Job Description

Role overview:

Alore is a metropolitan wear brand crafting functional, aesthetic clothing for fast‑paced urban lifestyles, designed to move from commute to cafés, offices to weekend plans. The Brand Manager will turn this positioning into daily execution across content, campaigns, drops, and community.

Key responsibilities:

  • Execute monthly content and campaign calendars mapped to key personas, launches, and sale events.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end shoots that reflect metropolitan wear use‑cases: commute, office, co‑working, cafés, weekend travel, and after‑work plans.
  • Create and manage briefs for designers, photographers, and editors that translate Alore’s aesthetic into reels, posts, lookbooks, and website assets.
  • Write and refine product storytelling for each drop: use‑case based titles, key benefits, fit notes, and mix‑and‑match outfit suggestions.
  • Publish and schedule daily content on Instagram, plus supporting channels like Pinterest, and Youtube as needed, maintaining a consistent posting rhythm.
  • Monitor content performance and run weekly experiments on hooks, formats, and styling that appeal to the target audience.
  • Coordinate influencer and creator seeding with profiles followed by our target audience(fashion influencers, lifestyle vloggers, haul creators), manage shipments, and track deliverables.
  • Ensure all touchpoints (website, product pages, packaging, tags, inserts, WhatsApp messages) clearly address pain points: versatility, comfort, trendiness, time‑saving, and authenticity.
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines for metropolitan wear
  • Implement simple CRM/retention flows (WhatsApp/email/DM's) tied to drops, restocks, and styling guides that encourage repeat purchases from each segment.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure correct size, fit, and quality details are reflected in all communication, reducing returns and building trust.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on content, creator, and campaign performance, with clear, execution‑ready next steps for experiments and optimizations.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of hands‑on experience in brand, social media, or marketing roles for fashion/D2C or youth‑focused consumer brands.
  • Deep familiarity with Instagram and YouTube culture, especially reels, hauls, styling videos, and city‑lifestyle content.
  • Strong aesthetic sense for modern, functional, metropolitan wear; ability to build and enforce a coherent visual language across all assets.
  • Solid writing skills for crisp, on‑brand captions, product descriptions, and short storytelling formats that resonate with our target audience.
  • Comfort working with basic analytics and translating numbers into concrete execution changes week‑on‑week.
  • High ownership, comfort working in a lean, fast‑moving setup, and willingness to handle both creative and operational tasks end‑to‑end aligned with Alore’s purpose and mission.
