Position: Brand Executive

Department: Marketing & Branding

Location- Guindy , Chennai

Reporting To: Brand Manager / Marketing Head

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Brand Executive will support the overall brand strategy and marketing activities

to strengthen brand visibility, market presence, and customer engagement. The role

involves executing branding campaigns, managing brand communication,

coordinating promotional materials, and ensuring consistent brand identity across all

platforms.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Development & Management

? Assist in implementing brand strategy aligned with the company's goals and target

audience.

? Ensure brand consistency across marketing collateral, packaging, digital platforms,

trade activities, and dealer communications.

? Conduct market and competitor analysis to understand brand positioning in the

roofing materials industry.

Marketing & Communication

? Develop and execute marketing campaigns for roofing sheets, panels, and new

product launches.

? Coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, and vendors for brochures,

catalogues, signage, and promotional assets.

? Draft product-centric communication for digital and offline channels including

website, social media, product videos, and corporate presentations.

Digital & Social Media Management

? Monitor and manage online brand presence, including social media channels, SEO

content, and customer engagement.

? Create and schedule posts highlighting product features, installation benefits,

certifications, customer success stories, and projects.

Dealer & Channel Support

? Prepare marketing kits, display units, POP materials and branding assets for

dealers, distributors, and retail counters.

? Support channel partners with branding requirements and market-level promotional

activities.

Event & Campaign Execution

? Assist in the planning and execution of exhibitions, trade fairs, influencer tie-ups, on-

site branding, and product awareness campaigns.

? Coordinate product demo sessions and field branding activities with the sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related

field.

? 13 years experience in brand management or marketing; experience in building

materials, construction, roofing, or manufacturing will be an added advantage.

? Strong understanding of branding principles, digital marketing trends, and customer

behavior.

? Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of graphic/design tools is a plus.

? Salary as per the prevailing market trend
