Senior Manager / Manager Sales & Business Development

Location

Halol, Gujarat

(35 km from Vadodara City)

Candidate must be based at Halol and travel extensively PAN India.

Role Purpose

generate and scale PAN-India business

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Generate

    new business PAN India

    across multiple industries.
  • Develop and execute

    short-term and long-term sales strategies

    aligned with company growth plans.
  • Achieve and scale

    annual revenue targets

    , with an expected contribution of

    ?5 Cr to ?15 Cr within the next 3 years

  • Identify high-potential markets, key customers, and new application areas.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Prepare

    monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans

    with defined targets.
  • Forecast sales projections and track performance against targets.
  • Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures with customers.
  • Coordinate closely with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution.

Client & Market Management

  • Build strong relationships with

    key accounts, distributors, and institutional buyers

    .
  • Represent the company in customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry forums.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
  • Collect market feedback and support product improvement and innovation.

Travel & Field Operations

  • Travel extensively

    PAN India

    for customer meetings, audits, and business development.
  • Support regional expansion initiatives across North, South, West, and East India.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates must have experience in one or more of the following:

  • Flexible Packaging Industry

  • Holographic Packaging

  • Auto Bag / Security Packaging / Tamper-Evident Solutions

Qualification

  • Graduate from Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) Preferred

  • Other relevant graduates with strong packaging industry exposure may be considered.

Experience

  • 8 to 12 years

    of relevant experience in B2B packaging sales and business development.
