Wishbox Studio is a communication design and PR consultancy based in New Delhi and Mumbai. Since 2010, we’ve helped write over 500 brand stories (yep, we stopped counting after that). We’re on the hunt for a designer who can do more than just “make it look pretty.” We want someone who can spot a weak logo from a mile away, has opinions about kerning, and believes good design can actually change how people see a brand. From logos to websites, reports to campaigns—if you can take a brief and make it sing (and dance a little), we want you on our team.

• Build brands from scratch—logos, guidelines, identities (aka giving brands their personality).
• Whip up annual reports and brochures that people actually want to flip through.
• Design websites and apps that don’t just work—they feel good to use.
• Add movement with motion graphics and animations (because static is so last season).
• Dream up campaigns, packaging, and digital content that stand out.
• Keep everything consistent (because fonts aren’t meant to be changed on a whim).

• 3+ years of design experience (branding, print, UI/UX).
• A portfolio that makes us go, “Okay, this person gets it.”
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) + XD/Figma.
• Basic motion/animation chops.
• A love for typography, color, and layouts that don’t make people’s eyes hurt.
• Bonus points if you’ve ever survived (and enjoyed) designing an annual report.
• The ability to juggle projects without dropping the ball.
