Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Define mission, vision, values, brand story, tone, and positioning
• Develop messaging frameworks, taglines, and voice guidelines
• Conduct competitor and user research to sharpen brand direction

Visual Identity

• Create complete visual identity: logo, typography, color palette, icons, and illustrations
• Build a brand playbook with clear design systems and usage rules
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints

Website & Digital Experience

• Collaborate on website design to ensure alignment with brand identity
• Deliver visually engaging, high-performing web experiences

Marketing & Communication Collaterals

• Redesign presentations, brochures, and social media assets
• Develop press kits, media materials, and founder branding elements
• Create merchandise and other brand assets

Cross-Channel Consistency

• Ensure unified storytelling and design across all digital, print, and social platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience in 

  brand strategy and design execution

• Strong portfolio across 

  visual identity, web, and communication design

• Proficient in 

  Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva

• Exceptional sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and attention to detail
• Deep understanding of 

  premium B2B branding

Preferred:

• Experience with 

  Webflow

   or 

  Figma prototypes

• Familiarity with 

  LinkedIn founder branding

   and 

  press/marketing kits
