Role: Brand & Content Manager (Founding Team)

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy & Execution:

  Develop, refine, and implement the brand vision and strategy for Aximor Health across all channels.

• Stakeholder & Partner Management:

  Collaborate with external stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and contractors to drive brand building, community outreach, awareness campaigns, and events.

• Content Strategy & Production:

  Define and lead the content strategy; coordinate with internal and external teams to produce high-quality, impactful, regional-language content.

• Founder Enablement:

  Work closely with the founders to strengthen brand, communication, and marketing functions across the organisation.

• Insights & Performance Measurement:

  Track and evaluate campaign performance, gather consumer insights, and convert data into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

1. Educational background from

   IIT / IIM / BITS / MESA

   or equivalent premier institutions.
2. Prior experience in top consumer brands, lifestyle companies, or e-commerce environments.
3. Proficiency with AI tools and design platforms such as

   Figma, Canva

   , etc.
4. A highly driven, ambitious personality with grit, creativity, and a strong growth mindset.
5. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
