Brand Communication Head

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Public Relations & Branding

• Define and lead Novella’s brand communication and PR strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury wedding, lifestyle, and fashion publications
• Ensure consistent luxury messaging across press, digital, and in-person platforms

Brand Representation & Events

• Represent Novella at high-profile events, shows, exhibitions, and private gatherings
• Be the

  face of Novella

  , ensuring an elegant and authoritative presence in all forums
• Expand Novella’s reputation globally as a premium, aspirational brand

Collaborations & Partnerships

• Forge collaborations with luxury venues, wedding planners, designers, and influencers
• Drive impactful partnerships with luxury lifestyle and fashion brands
• Work with internal teams to align collaborations with revenue growth and creative storytelling

Storytelling & Communication

• Craft compelling brand stories for clients, media, and collaborators
• Lead creative campaigns that embody Novella’s luxury ethos
• Ensure all brand communication reflects refinement, elegance, and impact

Business Growth & Vertical Expansion

• Work with leadership to explore and establish new verticals under Novella and Wevoir Productions
• Position Novella as a global benchmark in weddings, events, and storytelling

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of experience in luxury PR, brand communication, or strategic partnerships (weddings, lifestyle, fashion, or hospitality preferred)
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — both verbal and written
• Strong network with luxury media, PR agencies, and influencer circles
• Confidence and presence to engage with HNI/UHNI clients and global collaborators
• Proven track record in handling PR, collaborations, and brand growth initiatives
• Flexible to work

  6 days a week

  , attend evening/weekend events, and travel frequently (domestic & international)
• Based in Delhi NCR or open to relocating to

  South Delhi (GK1)
