Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Brand Voice and Social Media Strategy

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Rorosaur's brand objectives.

2. Define and maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels, ensuring clarity and credibility.

3. Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

4. Monitor and analyze social media trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

5. Ensure all social media activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Content Creation and Technical Communication

1. Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms.

2. Develop and maintain a content library of reusable assets, including images, videos, and infographics.

3. Work closely with Product, NPD, R&D, and Quality teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

4. Write and review content, including product pages, blog posts, nutrition explainers, and FAQs across social media platforms.

5. Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality content across all platforms.

Community Management and Parent Experience

1. Monitor and analyze community sentiment to identify areas for improvement.

2. Gather feedback from the community to inform product development and content strategy.

3. Foster a positive and supportive online community for parents.

4. Address myths, anxieties, and questions around baby nutrition with accurate and evidence-based information.

5. Serve as the primary point of contact for parent questions and concerns, escalating issues as needed.

6. Actively manage comments, DMs, and conversations on social media platforms, responding with empathy and responsibility.

Influencer Marketing and Advocacy

1. Track and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns.

2. Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.

3. Identify and recruit new influencers to promote Rorosaur's products and brand.

4. Source and amplify user-generated content (UGC) and influencer-generated content (IGC).

5. Manage relationships with parent creators, nutritionists, pediatricians, and other credible influencers.

Performance Tracking and Optimization

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

2. Prepare regular reports on social media performance and content effectiveness.

3. Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and conversions.

4. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

5. Use insights to refine content, messaging, and formats with a business lens.

6. Track engagement, community quality, traffic, and social-driven conversions.
