We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team in Mumbai The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience managing high net worth clients and a strong background in client relationship management, sales, and ficial acumen

• Provide ficial solutions to priority customers while maintaining high service standards
• Maintain complete customer profiles, including risk profiles, demographics, and assets in the bank
• Enhance relationships and increase wallet share through customer engagement activities
• Deepen existing relationships by cross-selling the bank's products and services/third-party investment products
• Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration
• Acquire new customers by converting referral leads
• Achieve monthly targets as assigned by the organization
• Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system
• Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the bank

• Graduation or post-graduation from a recognized institute
• 6-10 years of experience managing high net worth clients
• Possess knowledge of banking products and services
• Demonstrate the ability to manage complex client situations
• Exhibit good communication skills in both English and the local language
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines is essential
• Good networking and relationship-building skills are required
