Branch:Branch Relationship Officer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in banking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers

• Offer solutions and cross-sell bank's retail banking and third-party products as per assigned budgets
• Achieve business budgets consistently on a monthly basis
• Generate referrals and leads of new customers for sales of bank's products
• Promote bank's products through marketing activities and customer visits outside the branch
• Contact existing customers to increase deposits and cross-sell bank's products
• Process customer transactions and requests timely and accurately
• Handle customer queries and provide correct solutions to ensure no customer complaints
• Follow all compliance guidelines (regulatory and legislative) for each activity released from time to time
• Ensure all audit requirements of the bank are met with an optimum audit rating
• Complete all mandatory certifications required for the role (EUIN, SP Certification, etc) and all learning activities/trainings conducted by the bank
• Enter daily interactions with customers in the bank's CRM system and participate/follow all initiatives/Campaigns/Drives undertaken by the bank

• Graduation or Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
• Knowledge of banking regulations and norms
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of banking products and services
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Good networking and relationship-building skills
• Experience in Sales, Retail Banking, Customer Service, and Ficial Services is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is desirable
