Branch:Branch Operations Head

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Operations Head to lead our team in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in banking operations, sales, or related fields

• Manage daily branch operations, including cash handling, clearing, transfers, ECS/RTGS/NEFT, SB, CD, FDR, Deposits, account opening, and customer service
• Ensure efficient administration of the branch by directing daily operations and implementing strategies to increase productivity and performance
• Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining high service standards
• Establish and strengthen key customer relationships to generate sustained business
• Monitor and control leakage of income, office accounts, and anti-money laundering
• Review branch operations reports and track exceptional transactions
• Handle internal and external audit processes and attend audit queries immediately
• Train customer service officers on products, processes, and policies
• Maintain cash balance as per Cash Retention Limit and ensure growth in account balances and achievement of aggregate cross-sell points target

• Graduation or Post-Graduation (MBA-Marketing preferred) from a recognized institute
• NCFM and AMFI Certifications
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Understanding of regulatory guidelines and norms
• Good communication skills in English and the local language
• Ability to manage complex client situations
• Risk management and priority-setting abilities within a dynamic environment
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in managing teams and leading by example
