Branch:Branch Operations Head

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Operations Head to lead our team in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in branch operations, sales, or customer service

• Manage daily operations, including cash handling, clearing, transfers, ECS/RTGS/NEFT, SB, CD, FDR, Deposits, account opening, and customer service
• Ensure efficient branch administration and implement strategies to increase productivity and performance
• Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining high service standards
• Establish and strengthen key customer relationships to generate sustained business
• Achieve aggregate cross-sell points targets and maintain cash balance as per Cash Retention Limit
• Control and monitor income leakage, office accounts, and anti-money laundering
• Review branch operations reports and track exceptional transactions
• Handle internal and external audit processes and attend audit queries immediately
• Train customer service officers on products, processes, and policies

• Graduation or Post-Graduation (MBA-Marketing preferred) from a recognized institute
• NCFM and AMFI Certifications are desirable
• Knowledge of banking products and services is essential
• Good communication skills in English and the local language are required
• Ability to manage complex client situations and risk uncertainty
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms is necessary
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in managing teams and achieving ficial targets
• Understanding of customer engagement strategies and deposit mobilization from New-To-Bank customers
• Familiarity with branch operations and management principles
