Branch Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and pitch home loan / LAP solutions tailored to their needs
  
• Build and nurture relationships with DSAs, DSTs, connectors, brokers, and real estate agents to drive business
  
• Regularly meet clients and conduct field visits to ensure continuous lead generation and closure
  
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and faster TATs
  
• Track sales performance and provide insights to management
  
• Participate actively in team initiatives, contests, and campaigns
