Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute branch-level sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance; adjust tactics as needed.
  • Recruit, train, and manage sales staff; set clear KPIs and performance goals.
  • Foster a customer-focused, high-performance culture within the team.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to leadership.
  • Analyze competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including B2B partnerships and bulk sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to localize campaigns and drive footfall.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in consumer durables, especially appliances, with exposure to general trade and retail channels and Modern Trade.
  • Strong market familiarity and dealer network understanding in the assigned region.
  • Proven track record in leading sales teams, driving targets, and managing branch operations.
  • Energetic, sales-driven personality with a passion for customer engagement and revenue growth.
