Role & responsibilities : Develop and execute branch-level sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance; adjust tactics as needed. Recruit, train, and manage sales staff; set clear KPIs and performance goals. Foster a customer-focused, high-performance culture within the team. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to leadership. Analyze competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer preferences. Identify new business opportunities, including B2B partnerships and bulk sales. Collaborate with marketing teams to localize campaigns and drive footfall. Preferred candidate profile : Experience in consumer durables, especially appliances, with exposure to general trade and retail channels and Modern Trade. Strong market familiarity and dealer network understanding in the assigned region. Proven track record in leading sales teams, driving targets, and managing branch operations. Energetic, sales-driven personality with a passion for customer engagement and revenue growth.
