Job Description

Sales & Revenue Generation Drive the branchs business by selling retail banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, insurance, and investment products. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across different product categories. Promote cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to maximize wallet share. Team Management Lead, coach, and motivate the branch sales team to deliver high performance. Monitor sales productivity and implement corrective actions when needed. Conduct regular training and skill development sessions for the team. Customer Relationship Management Ensure superior customer service and resolution of customer queries and complaints. Build long-term relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders. Identify potential business opportunities through client interactions and referrals. Operational Excellence Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Oversee day-to-day sales activities and assist in branch operations as needed. Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of all sales activities. Market Intelligence Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Provide feedback and suggestions to senior management for improving product and service offerings.
