We’re Hiring: Branch Head – Loan Against Property (Hubli | Puducherry | Salem)
At NeoGrowth, we are redefining MSME financing with affordable LAP solutions designed to empower small businesses. With a tech-driven approach, we’re expanding rapidly and looking for dynamic leaders to join us.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
Drive branch P&L and growth through Loan Against Property (LAP).
Focus on open market sourcing – direct acquisition, local events & merchant connects.
Lead & mentor a team of Customer Acquisition Managers for sales and collections.
Ensure compliance, governance & customer-first execution.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 6 –10 years’ experience in LAP (Loan Against Property) and HL (Home Loan)
✔️ Strong exposure to open market sourcing
✔️ Leadership skills to scale and manage teams
✔️ Customer-centric, result-oriented mindset
📍 Locations: Hubli | Puducherry | Salem
