Job Description:
The Branch Sales Head at Kinara Capital will be responsible for leading and managing the sales operations within the assigned branch. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to achieve branch targets, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The Branch Sales Head will oversee a team of sales executives, providing support and guidance to help them meet their individual and collective goals. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth within the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve branch targets.- Lead and manage the branch sales team by providing training, mentoring, and support.- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and finance to align branch objectives with company goals.
