Job Description

Looking for a skilled Branch Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in used car finance. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences. Job Requirements Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized university. Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service. Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in used car finance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
