Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Sales or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients' financial needs.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide feedback to management on client satisfaction.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling products such as UCV.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Emerging Enterprise Banking and UCV products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with branch operations and procedures.
A graduate degree is required for this position.
