Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Acquisition:
Acquire new customers, deepen existing relationships, understand financial needs, and act as a primary contact for inquiries and escalations.
Sales & Business Development:
Drive revenue by promoting and selling the bank's products (loans, mortgages, investments, insurance), cross-selling, upselling, and meeting sales goals.
Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional service, resolve complaints quickly, and gather feedback for service improvement.
Product Expertise:
Offer a full range of banking solutions, including savings, loans, wealth management, and digital banking services.
Branch Operations & Compliance:
Monitor account health, ensure adherence to KYC/AML regulations, and manage branch staff performance, training, and scheduling.
Market & Community Engagement:
Stay informed on competitor activities, build a visible presence in the local community, and participate in community development.
