Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage a team of adjusters to handle property and casualty insurance claims, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Conduct thorough investigations into complex claims, analyzing evidence and interviewing witnesses as necessary.
Develop and implement effective strategies for managing high-volume claim loads during peak periods or natural disasters.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve disputed claims and improve overall process efficiency.

Job Requirements :

4-20 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in property & casualty or Motor Insurance adjusting or related field.
Strong knowledge of motor insurance policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
