Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, your primary role will be to provide exceptional service through relationship management. This includes establishing and strengthening relationships with your allocated customer base and ensuring the retention of your existing customer database. You will act as the single point of contact for customers for any walk-in, query, or complaint, and identify their financial goals to provide financial planning assistance. Additionally, you will conduct competition analysis to offer professional advice to customers and fix self-appointments daily from the given customer database as per the campaign. Your key responsibilities will also involve focusing on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities in your allocated customers and walk-ins to drive sales and maximize customer value.
