Job Description

  • HNI Relationship Manager – CASA & Portfolio Management

    Department: Liabilities / Branch Banking
    Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (Banking preferred)
    Location: As per branch requirement
    CTC: As per industry standards

    Role Summary

    Responsible for acquiring and managing High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) customers, sourcing CASA accounts, deepening relationships, and managing the client portfolio to ensure revenue growth and service excellence.

    Key Roles & Responsibilities

    1. HNI Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

    • Acquire new HNI customers through cold calls, referrals, and branch walk-ins.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients.

    • Conduct regular client meetings to understand financial needs and provide suitable banking solutions.

    • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

    2. CASA Acquisition & Deepening

    • Source high-value Current Accounts (CA) and Savings Accounts (SA) from HNI and SME clients.

    • Drive CASA growth through quality sourcing and cross-selling.

    • Ensure account activation, funding, and balance build-up.

    3. Portfolio Management

    • Manage a portfolio of HNI customers with focus on balance growth, cross-sell and service.

    • Analyze customer transaction patterns and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.

    • Monitor portfolio health, ensure compliance with KYC/AML norms.

    • Offer suitable products: FD, RD, Debit cards, digital banking, investments (if mapped).

    4. Cross-Selling & Revenue Generation

    • Cross-sell bank products like insurance, personal loans, home loans, credit cards, and wealth products.

    • Achieve monthly targets for CASA, revenue, and cross-sell.

    • Increase product penetration for each customer.

    5. Service & Compliance

    • Deliver excellent customer service and quick resolution of customer queries.

    • Ensure all transactions follow bank policies, audit guidelines, and regulatory norms.

    • Complete periodic reviews, documentation, and compliance checks.

    6. Branch Coordination

    • Coordinate with operations, service, and product teams for smooth onboarding and servicing.

    • Participate in branch activities, sales events, and local marketing campaigns.

    Required Skills & Competencies

    • Minimum 1 year experience in banking sales / CASA / relationship management.

    • Strong communication & presentation skills.

    • Ability to handle HNI clients professionally.

    • Good understanding of banking products (CASA, FD, digital banking, loans).

    • Target-driven, customer-focused, and proactive.

    Educational Qualification

    • Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
