Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales of used car assets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the emerging enterprise banking sector.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products and services.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry, with a focus on used car assets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of financial products and services, including emerging enterprise banking solutions.
Familiarity with branch operations and relationship management is desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
