Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in sales or customer service. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products and services. Job Requirements Any Graduate degree from a recognized university. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service in the BFSI industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with banking operations and procedures is an advantage.
