Job Description

Looking for a motivated Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products and services. Job Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets is required. Knowledge of the BFSI industry and financial products is necessary. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to address client concerns. Team collaboration and adaptability are key to success in this role. A graduate degree is required, along with relevant experience in the BFSI sector.
