Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of banking operations, including cash management, credit card sales, and customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Proficiency in using computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
