Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in managing receivables and handling cash operations. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily activities of the branch's receivable department. Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with loan disbursement. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on receivable management best practices. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the bank's receivable portfolio. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and banking laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail. Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
