Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Receivable Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in managing receivables and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the branch's receivable portfolio to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debts.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Analyze financial data to provide insights on receivable performance and suggest improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Lead and motivate a team of collection professionals to achieve targets.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of BFSI operations, including credit underwriting and risk management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Experience with collections and recovery processes, focusing on minimizing bad debts.
Strong leadership and team management skills to lead a team of collection professionals.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing the BFSI industry.
