Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Receivable Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in managing receivables and collections. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the branch's receivable portfolio, ensuring timely payments from customers. Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow. Collaborate with the collections team to resolve outstanding issues and reduce delinquencies. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the bank's receivable operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables and collections. Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on receivable management best practices. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and banking laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Experience working with teams to achieve business objectives. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
