Job Description

Candidate who manage and take care the Stabilizer, DUPS, Solar Power System and Battery after sales service operations under the Mumbai Branch.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work under Mumbai Branch and report to the Regional Manager (CS)
  • Capable to handle entire CS procedures and well aware about all V-Guard products.
  • Monitor the Customer complaints and products installations routed through the ASPs and ensure closure of the complaints through CRM within the specified SLA.
  • Spares forecasting /planning for the ASP/s
  • Training to the ASP staff and implement modifications / changes as and when comes without any delay.
  • Develop new service requirement based on Marketing demands.
  • Monitor the ASPs health.
  • Participate Marketing meeting / Product meeting for giving feedback from service field.
  • Monthly reports preparation and input to the product development cycle.
  • Based on Happy calls data from CC, make the customer satisfaction.
  • Dealer / channel partner visit to resolve service issues.
  • Monitor repeated complaints /replacements
  • Implement corrective actions based on his personal observations at ASPs and Audit reports.
