The purpose of the role is to deliver year on year sales growth for Water Heater / Air Cooler product division in the assigned geographical area by guiding / driving the team to achieve their targets, building long term connect with channel partners. The role holder needs to ensure the growth of existing dealers / distributors and also devise strategies for channel expansion through appointment and hand holding of new channel partners.
INTERFACE (with other functions)
Experience: 12-15 Yrs
Education: Graduate in any discipline, MBA Preferred.
Industry: FMEG, Consumer Durable Industry preferred.
