The Bank commenced operations on January 23, 2017, and its lending activities are primarily centered in rural and semi-urban areas. USFBL offers a wide array of products including microfinance loans, MSME loans, housing loans, personal loans, and commercial vehicle loans. The Bank also provides various digital services such as internet and mobile banking, online account opening, and Micro ATMs. Headquartered in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, the bank aims to enhance financial inclusion.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Operations Manager located in Varanasi. The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, managing customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency. Key tasks include managing branch staff, coordinating with headquarters, handling budgets, and implementing strategies for business development. The role also involves monitoring cash flow, risk management, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in branch operations, risk management, and compliance
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities
Proficiency in banking products, financial analysis, and budgeting
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and make effective decisions
Experience with digital banking services is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
