BRANCH MANGER

Job Title: Branch Manager – NBFCKey Responsibilities:1. Business Development

• Achieve branch sales targets for all loan products (e.g., gold loans, vehicle loans, personal loans, SME loans, etc.).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets in the branch area.
• Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to increase business.

2. Branch Operations

• Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations in line with company policies.
• Supervise cash handling, disbursement, and collection activities.
• Verify and approve loan applications as per the company’s credit policy.
• Maintain accurate documentation, KYC compliance, and audit readiness.

3. Credit & Risk Management

• Assess customer creditworthiness and ensure adherence to credit guidelines.
• Monitor portfolio quality and minimize delinquency and NPAs.
• Take corrective action on overdue accounts and coordinate with the collection team.

4. Team Management

• Recruit, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and team targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Ensure discipline, teamwork, and productivity among staff.

5. Customer Service

• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and quick resolution of complaints.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to improve retention and referrals.

6. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure branch compliance with RBI and company regulations.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on sales, collections, and operations to Head Office.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of branch records and customer data.

7. Collection & Recovery

• Monitor overdue accounts and initiate recovery measures.
• Coordinate with collection and legal teams for default cases.

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/Finance preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience in NBFC or banking sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of loan products, credit policies, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
