Branch Manger

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational, administrative, and business development activities of the branch. The role involves managing the team, driving admissions and revenue targets, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the branch and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of counselors, marketing staff, and support executives.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for admissions and revenue.
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, corporate partners, and key clients.
• Monitor student satisfaction and ensure service excellence.
• Manage branch budgets, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff to maintain high performance levels.
• Report regularly to the regional or head office management regarding performance and challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in sales, operations, or academic management roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle targets and lead a team effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
