Ensuring regulatory compliance across all loan and lending procedures is also a key responsibility. Furthermore, the role involves monitoring and ensuring the efficiency of daily branch loan collections.

Additional responsibilities encompass the coordination of collection staff, management of software and office-related tasks, the implementation of branch marketing initiatives, and the overall management of branch operations in alignment with company policy.

Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of managerial experience within a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) is required.
