As a Branch Manager at Muthoot Fincorp Limited, you will be responsible for leading a team of branch staff to drive consistent business development, customer acquisition, and retention. Your main focus will be on achieving business and revenue targets while also ensuring quality service to customers, operational adherence, and maintaining the asset quality of the portfolio.
